The Opportunity:
The global Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) team at Ashurst is a centralised team predominantly based in Australia and the UK. The team works as one team, providing the same high quality learning experience and global offerings to our people in all of our offices around the world.
The purpose of this role is to deliver comprehensive learning and support to all staff in the firm on technology and business systems through the delivery of learning experiences and development of engaging digital content.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
1. Facilitate face-to-face and online programmes for various staff and partners for BAU, Induction and project related training.
2. Identify and respond to learning needs across all levels of the firm and liaise with stakeholders to ensure training outcomes are aligned with business objectives and expectations.
3. Develop best in class eLearning solutions using Articulate Storyline, Camtasia and other platforms, ensuring the quality and consistency of the content and design.
4. Develop and maintain learning materials including quick reference guides, manuals, FAQs and other online resources ensuring they are up to date and accessible to learners.
5. Demonstrate a strong client service and team focus by collaborating with other trainers and learning and development staff to share best practices and support continuous improvement.
This is a full-time, permanent role that can be based in either our Glasgow or London office with hybrid working.

About you:
The successful candidate will have:
6. At least 3 years experience as a technology trainer, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
7. A relevant qualification in adult education, instructional design, eLearning or a related field, or equivalent experience.
8. Advanced skills in using Articulate Storyline, Camtasia and other eLearning platforms, and a good understanding of learning management systems and SCORM standards.
9. Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles and preferences.
10. A positive, proactive and flexible attitude, and a willingness to learn and apply new skills and technologies such as AI.
