What you will be doing:
* Working with 2 major retailers to develop and execute retail marketing strategies and tactics to drive store traffic, rate of sale and grow revenue
* Managing the creation of marketing collateral, including signage, displays, digital screens, POS and promotional materials
* Overseeing digital marketing initiatives, including social media and email marketing campaigns, to drive online and offline traffic
* Collaborating with cross functional teams internally and with wholesale accounts to create powerful and compelling instore displays and retail campaigns
* Conducting market research to understand consumer behaviour, sector trends and the competitive landscape
* Planning and implementing seasonal and new product launches ensuring effective communications and promotions
* Analysing sales data and customer insights to optimise marketing strategies and improve campaign performance
What you will need:
* Proven experience in Retail Marketing and working with wholesale accounts
* Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising and consumer behaviour
* Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
* Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
* Familiarity with retail software and analytics tools
* Passion for sport and retail with a customer-centric mindset
