Are you passionate about supporting young people into independence?
We’re looking for a dedicated Personal Advisor to join our team, working with young people aged 16–25 who are leaving care or have recently left care.
What we’re looking for
NVQ Level 3 in a related field – Child Care, Health & Social Care, or equivalent
Recent experience supporting young people, ideally within a Post-16 / Leaving Care setting
Someone who can travel for work — driving licence and access to a vehicle required
What you’ll be doing
You’ll provide direct support to young people as they transition to independence — offering guidance with accommodation, education, employment, training, and life skills. You’ll act as an advocate, help create and maintain Pathway Plans, and work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure each young person receives the right support.
