IT Business Relationship Manager
Bridging the gap between technology and operations, this role is all about turning business needs into IT success stories. You’ll be joining a large, complex organisation where your input will directly shape how technology supports and drives real change across key departments.
Role Overview:
* Location: London (hybrid working available)
* Package: £67,000 + Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Act as the main IT contact for a group of business units, building trusted relationships.
* Understand strategic priorities and help shape the tech roadmap accordingly.
* Translate business needs into clear IT requirements and see them through to delivery.
* Work closely with delivery teams to ensure IT solutions hit the mark.
* Guide business stakeholders through change and adoption of new tech.
* Track and communicate the performance of IT services and ongoing projects.
* Spot opportunities for innovation, improvement, and better ways of working.
Main Skills Needed:
* Experience in a BRM, PM, BA or IT Business Partner-style role.
* Strong communicator and influencer — confident at all levels of seniority.
* Comfortable navigating complex organisations and stakeholder groups.
* Ability to turn business goals into tech solutions (and back again).
* Familiar with ITSM and project delivery approaches (Agile/hybrid).
* BRMP®, CBRM® or sector experience (e.g. rail) would be a bonus.
