Primary Teacher - Year 5
Hammersmith & Fulham, West London Start Date: April (Summer Term)
An inclusive and forward-thinking primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham is looking to appoint a confident Year 5 Teacher to start in April for the summer term. The school prides itself on high standards, strong pastoral care and a supportive staff culture.
The Role:
* Full-time Year 5 class teacher role
* Delivering engaging lessons that prepare pupils for upper KS2
* Supporting pupils with a range of abilities and learning styles
* Working closely with the KS2 team and leadership
* Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement
The Ideal Candidate:
* UK QTS essential
* Experience in Upper KS2 preferred (Year 4-6)
* Confident classroom management skills
* Strong subject knowledge and planning skills
* Passionate about pupil progress and inclusion
