UK Charity client who work with every local authority, across every region in the country, and supported by Arts Council funding.
Looking for a Digital Project Manager who's worked on a website transformation previously, to come on board for a 12-month, fixed term contract. There's the chance it could extend or go permanent after that but not guaranteed.
They have approximately 100 staff altogether, all working towards a better education for children and families cross the country.
Up to £50,000
8 days per month required in the office (or for travelling to a partner site).
Office locations are either London or Leeds (whichever works best for you).

THE ROLE
Key initiatives include a website review, website redesign and re-platform. Aiming to launch asap in 2025.
Whilst reporting to the Head of Digital and alongside a UX designer, Analyst and a Content Designer, this role is also key to supporting with;
* Day-to-day project management of the website revamp.
* Exploring and experimenting with new uses of digital to support their delivery partners and end users.
* Digital upskilling and staff development to help the client use digital and social media to deliver their work and amplify the charity’s messages.
This is very much a hands-on role, managing activities and relationships within the project team and wider organisation as well as external suppliers and users. Working from discovery and initial conception through to completion, including coordinating research, planning, scheduling and overseeing design, development, testing and implementation, followed by analytics, testing and reporting to feed into evaluation and future developments.
THE CANDIDATE
You will need experience in...
* Digital project and supplier management experience, coupled with a passion for evolving and shaping high-quality, accessible digital products.
* Deep understanding of digital tools and infrastructure such as content management systems (CMSes), forms and APIs.
* Defining and validating user needs based on evidence from research.
* Presenting findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholder groups, both in written/visual media and in-person.
* Creating, maintaining and prioritising product backlogs/pipelines to direct the work of developers, agencies and freelancers.
* Budget and resource management.
* Testing across digital platforms, including A/B and usability testing.
* Ideal if you've worked for a charity previously or at least public sector/government.
