Be the doctor's right hand in delivering world-class aesthetic care.
At Aesthetic Health, we believe true aesthetic medicine goes beyond appearance — it's about uplifting lives. Our regenerative, preventative, and whole-human approach combines advanced clinical expertise with a deeply nurturing patient journey. We pride ourselves on being a doctor-only clinic where patients feel reassured, cared for, and valued at every step.
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Clinical Associate to join our team. This role is integral to delivering exceptional care: preparing patients, assisting doctors in treatments, ensuring clinical standards are met, and creating a calm, supportive environment where patients feel unique and safe.
The Role

* Assist doctors throughout procedures, anticipating needs and ensuring safe, seamless delivery.
* Maintain clinical environments to strict infection prevention and control (IPC) standards.
* Manage treatment documentation with precision, including batch numbers, expiry dates, and consents.
* Support patients with reassurance, aftercare, rebooking, and skincare guidance.
* Ensure devices, stock, and IT systems are fully prepared each day.

* Certified in treatments such as laser HydraFacial, LED therapy, or skin needling
* Laser/IPL Core of Knowledge.
* Prior experience supporting medical procedures.
* Retail/consultation skills in clinical skincare.
Why Join Us?
* Be part of a pioneering, doctor-led regenerative aesthetic clinic.
* Work in a supportive, values-driven team environment.
* Receive ongoing training, CPD, and development opportunities.
