Key Responsibilities:
* Standing at the front of the room to introduce the lesson and keep students on task.
* Walking around the classroom to ensure students are making progress with their work.
* Explaining the teacher's instructions clearly so students understand their goals.
* Managing the classroom environment and keeping students focused on their specific tasks.
* Collecting all completed work and resources before the students leave the room.
* Answering simple questions to help students move forward with their learning.
* Following the school's safeguarding rules to keep every student safe and protected.
* Writing a short report for the regular teacher about how the class behaved and worked.
