Studio Assistant - Fashion E‑commerce (Full-Time)
Emrld is a fast-growing online high quality fashion brand, and we’re looking for a versatile Studio Assistant to join our team in Leicester (LE1 2LB). This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves fashion, enjoys variety, and wants to grow with a brand that’s still in its early, exciting stages.
Role Overview
Right now, there aren’t enough orders to be packing all day, so this is a mixed role where you’ll switch between packing, customer service, social media and general studio tasks. As the business grows, the role may evolve depending on your strengths, and we may later hire a full-time packer or move packing to a 3PL, which could allow you to focus more on other areas.
The wage will start at minimum but will be reviewed after 3 months, I will then assess a wage review every 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
* Pack and prepare customer orders accurately and to a high standard
* Handle customer service enquiries via email and/or social media (training provided)
* Create and post content for Instagram and TikTok during quieter periods (behind-the-scenes, packaging content, new arrivals, etc.)
* Jump between different tasks as needed throughout the day (restocking, basic admin, returns, organising stock)
* Keep the studio and stock areas tidy and organised
* Use initiative and problem-solve when working independently
Requirements
* Genuine interest in fashion is required
* Confident using Instagram and TikTok (comfortable filming, posting and engaging with trends)
* able to assist on London photo shoots once every couple of months
* Must be able to work from our Leicester studio (LE1 2LB), Monday-thurs
* Flexible working hours, but available for at least 6 hours on working days
* Versatile and happy to switch between different types of work depending on what the business needs
* Independent thinker - able to manage your workload without constant supervision, as the founder is not always in the office
* Reliable, organised, and detail-focused
* Positive attitude and keen to learn and grow with Emrld
