Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Loveday and The 1150 Club, aligned with commercial and brand objectives.
* Manage day‑to‑day posting, scheduling, ensuring content is timely, relevant and on‑brand.
* Lead organic and paid social media campaigns, driving reach, engagement and qualified conversions.
* Act as brand guardian for visual identity and tone of voice, maintaining a refined and cohesive presence.
* Plan and launch social campaigns, promotional moments and micro‑strategies tailored to individual residences and the Club.
* Plan, produce and edit engaging photography, video and graphic assets for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
* Build and manage a structured content calendar supporting key marketing priorities and business moments.
* Create and maintain social story and content templates for brand continuity and frequency.
* Manage community interactions, ensuring timely responses aligned with brand tone.
* Identify, brief and manage influencer and creator collaborations, ensuring relevance, alignment and measurable outcomes.
* Lead training and guidance sessions with internal teams on best practice and brand guidelines.
* Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
* Track and analyze performance across organic, paid and influencer activity, optimizing for continuous improvement.
* Proactively monitor trends, platform updates and competitor activity for innovation opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams across residences for strong content stories and brand consistency.
* Collaborate with external agencies, creators and partners for best‑in‑class social campaigns.
* Ensure all output reflects the refined and elegant tone synonymous with Loveday and The 1150 Club.
Essential Skills and Experience

1. Proven experience in social media management within luxury wellness, hospitality, lifestyle or premium brands.
2. Demonstrated success in developing and delivering impactful organic and paid social strategies.
3. Strong creative eye and ability to curate and maintain an elevated, on‑brand visual aesthetic.
4. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools and community engagement techniques.
5. Proficiency in content production, photography, video editing and design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
6. Strong analytics and reporting skills, interpreting data and presenting actionable insights.
7. Confident working independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous grasp of brand tone of voice.
9. A proactive, adaptable and results‑driven mindset, with initiative and attention to detail at every level.
