About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate technical quality documentation to ensure compliance with specifications.
* Coordinate receipt of internal and external documentation to meet customer quality requirements.
* Produce accurate documentation packs electronically to support on-time delivery of customer products.
* Review vendor documentation and communicate with suppliers to ensure compliance.
* Manage queries and provide timely resolutions to support customer needs.
* Support customers and third-party inspectors both on-site and remotely.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in evaluating technical quality information.
* Technical background, ideally with an understanding of engineering processes.
* Highly organised and able to work independently.
* Customer-focused with a right-first-time mentality.
* Professional, confident, and eager to learn.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
