The role
* Full training provided, including teaching and assessor qualifications
* Managing a caseload of apprentices across engineering and building services
* Delivering practical and theory-based training both at college and in the workplace
* Preparing learners for End Point Assessment with regular reviews and feedback
* Building strong links with employers to ensure quality learning experiences
* Full autonomy to manage your own schedule

The person
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering or Building Services (plumbing, heating, machining, inspection, technical support, maintenance)
* Relevant industry experience in engineering or building services
* Level 3 teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve within one year)
* Strong communication, mentoring, and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
