We are currently working with a growing and dynamic business that is looking to recruit Telemarketing Executives to support their expanding sales team in Bolton. The Role
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing the company’s products or services, and identifying potential business opportunities. Your primary focus will be generating qualified leads and booking appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers
* Introduce the company’s products and services to prospective clients
* Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities
* Arrange appointments or meetings for the sales team
* Maintain accurate records of all calls and activity within the CRM system
* Follow up with prospective clients where required
* Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance targets
* Support the wider sales team in developing new business opportunities.
Candidate Profile
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, lead generation, or customer service is advantageous but not essential
