Supported Employment Coach- Bristol and South Gloucestershire

Location:

Home-based with travel across Bristol & South Gloucestershire

Salary:

£27,000 pro rata per annum plus benefits

-33 days annual holiday pro rata (incl. bank holidays)

Hours:

Full-time, 37.5 hours (flexible working)

Contract:

Ongoing contract with excellent job security

We are seeking an exceptional Supported Employment Coach to join our Ready, Willing & Able team and make a real difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities and autism across Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

The Opportunity

Join SeeAbility’s Ready, Willing & Able team and help transform lives through employment.
We’re looking for a passionate and creative Supported Employment Coach to support people with learning disabilities and autism to achieve their career ambitions. You’ll work closely with individuals and employers to break down barriers and create inclusive workplaces. Since launching in 2021, Ready, Willing & Able has been breaking down employment barriers and proving that with the right support, everyone can achieve their professional ambitions.

The ideal candidate will:

6. Have proven experience supporting people with learning disabilities and autism to achieve their goals

8. Demonstrate creativity and innovation in their approach to coaching
9. Have experience with the five-stage Supported Employment model (desirable but not essential)

Safer Recruitment
