Are you a results-driven digital marketer with a passion for managing paid social and display campaigns hands-on? We're looking for a Paid Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and take the reins of our paid social and display advertising efforts.

At the forefront of that effort, sits our Talent Acquisition Marketing team – a collective of talented individuals managing the media & marketing strategy, reporting, modelling & analytics, tools & systems. Our goal is attracting hundreds of thousands of associates and recruits yearly for various operational business lines (fulfillment centers, transportation, logistics, corporate offices).
Key job responsibilities
•Hands-On Platform Execution: Dive into the nitty-gritty of platform execution social media channels, predominately Meta. Take charge of creating, implementing, and optimizing paid campaigns to meet specific goals and KPIs
•Campaign Development and Management: Craft compelling ad creatives and copy for display and social media campaigns. Manage the end-to-end process, from targeting and budget allocation to monitoring performance and making real-time optimizations.
• Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Utilize your expertise to identify and target relevant audiences on display and social media platforms. Implement segmentation strategies to ensure tailored messaging for different audience segments
• Budget Optimization: Maximize the impact of allocated budgets by implementing effective bidding strategies, monitoring spends, and adjusting budgets based on campaign performance
• Ad Creative Testing: Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives to optimize performance and enhance engagement. Implement data-driven insights to refine and iterate on creative elements
• Cross-Channel Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels. Align social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
