Floor Manager – UK Visa Sponsorship Jobs

Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Oversee and plan the restaurant’s or hospitality venue’s daily operations to make sure everything runs smoothly during shifts.
* Oversee the cooking and food preparation procedures, making sure that safety and quality requirements are followed.
* Oversee team members, such as servers, cooks, and baristas, to create a happy and effective work atmosphere.
* Help teach new employees in operating standards, service norms, and food safety procedures.
* Keep an eye on customer service standards and take quick action to resolve any problems to keep satisfaction levels high.
* Assure adherence to food safety regulations and hygienic practices as well as health and safety laws.
* To maximise efficiency, work together with the kitchen staff on menu options and food preparation timetables.
* Respond professionally to consumer questions or grievances with the goal of quickly and efficiently resolving problems.
* Keep goods in stock and work with suppliers as needed.
Required Skills and Competencies
* Track record of managing or supervising in a restaurant or other hospitality sector.
* Strong familiarity with food safety laws, cooking methods, and food preparation.
* Outstanding leadership abilities and the capacity to inspire and oversee a multicultural workforce.
* Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and kitchen management.
* Experience working in hospitality settings like bars or hotels is useful.
* Demonstrated organisational abilities and the capacity to effectively multitask under time constraints.
* Strong communication abilities to work well with both employees and clients.
* Understanding of the health and safety regulations that apply to food handling and service settings.
