Are you passionate about engineering, hands on learning, and helping the next generation of Engineers progress and achieve?
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Workshop Facilitator to play a key role in the delivery of our Engineering curriculum. You’ll be at the heart of a busy environment, keeping things running smoothly and safely, and to a high standard.
As a Workshop Facilitator you will :
* Prepare, maintain and organise workshop tools, machinery and materials
* Support staff by demonstrating, instructing and guiding students during practical sessions
* Carry out routine maintenance
* Manage stock levels and ensuring efficient use of resources
You will have :
* Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant vocational area
* GCSE in Maths and English A
* C / 9‑4 or equivalent
* Experience of working in the Engineering or Education sector
* First Aid qualification or willingness to achieve within 6 months
