Senior Sales Negotiator Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a vital role in supporting the agency’s sales growth through winning new instructions and identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and guiding buyers and sellers through successful transactions. You’ll work closely with a team of professionals across multiple branches to meet sales targets and ensure a seamless experience for all clients. Senior Sales Negotiator Key Responsibilities: Manage the property sales process from initial inquiry through to completion Conduct property viewings/market appraisals and provide buyers with relevant information and insights Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers Conduct market appraisals and win new business Stay up-to-date with the Westbury property market and area developments Senior Sales Negotiator Requirements: Proven experience in a sales negotiator or similar role within the property industry Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving license Senior Sales Negotiator Benefits: £25,000–£30,000 basic salary, OTE £40,000–£45,000 Monday to Friday 8:45am to 6pm (Alternate Saturdays 9am – 4pm with a day in lieu) Career development opportunities in a multi-branch agency Supportive team environment with regular training
