We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our friendly team in Wirral.
As a Health Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and a sense of security for our residents. You'll build close relationships with residents and their families, ensuring that every individual receives truly personalised care.

Tasks
* Support residents to maintain their dignity, individuality, and independence at all times.
* Assist with daily living activities and provide personal care (e.g., washing, dressing, feeding).
* Help with the general day-to-day running of the home.
* Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
* Keep accurate records and documentation as required.
* Attend all mandatory and additional training sessions as directed by management.
Requirements
* You will have, or be working towards, an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
* Ideally, you will have at least one year's experience in a similar care role.
* You are compassionate, patient, and have a natural ability to connect with others.
* You have excellent communication skills and a caring, positive attitude.
* You can manage your time effectively and understand the importance of good record-keeping.
