Job Overview
This is a great opportunity for a technical engineer to join a highly skilled Application Engineering team in a leading EDA company, working with cutting‑edge tools, advanced technologies, and the most innovative semiconductor companies in the industry. Job Responsibilities
* Support customers with adoption and deployment of Cadence Custom IC design flow built on Virtuoso and Spectre platforms.
* Engage with customers to understand their design challenges and propose technical solutions, guidance on methodology and best practices.
* Drive technical campaigns, product demonstrations, evaluations and benchmarking in a customer‑facing and technically stimulating environment.
* Collaborate with R&D, Product Engineering and Marketing teams to drive product improvements and increase proliferation of Cadence solutions.

* Acquire a strong technical understanding of the complete custom IC design flow.
* Deepen expertise in mixed‑signal design methodologies and advanced EDA tools.

* Contribute to the development and improvement of Cadence flows and methodologies.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
* Solid understanding of analog or mixed‑signal IC design flows within Cadence Virtuoso Studio environment.
* 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in IC design, CAD, or application / technical support roles.
* Experience in UNIX environment.
* Knowledge of SKILL, Python, or similar scripting languages is an advantage.
* Good problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
