This desk-based role focuses on generating and sending quotes for new hardware systems, alongside acting proactively on inbound sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and issue accurate quotes for hardware based on business customer requirements and predefined application templates.
* Liaise with internal technical and sales teams to ensure quotes meet customer needs and company standards.
* Maintain and update CRM systems with quote details, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
* Process/respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
* Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks and customer communications.
* Build product knowledge around the hardware systems and stay informed about new offerings and updates.
* Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and approval processes.
