About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technology Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on our systems strategy, digital innovation, and customer experience initiatives at a pivotal time for the business.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimising the performance of our core platforms, managing a talented tech and UX team, and driving key digital transformation projects. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and delivering an exceptional experience for both our customers and internal users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the delivery of system improvements and integrations aligned with business goals
* Oversee performance of key platforms including Salesforce, Mach7 Technologies, 3Dnet, and Vonage NewVoice Media
* Manage the relationship with our external IT provider, ensuring efficient support and proactive service
* Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Provide leadership to a team of developers, analysts, and UX professionals
* Drive continuous improvements in user experience and internal system usability
* Lead or support digital transformation and innovation initiatives
Core Requirements:
* Proven experience in systems strategy and planning, particularly around CRM systems (Salesforce) and integrations
* Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional technical teams
* Strong ability to convert business requirements into technical actions
* Experience managing third-party IT service providers
* Solid understanding of data flows, user journeys, and complex system interdependencies
* Background in regulated or complex service environments, ideally healthcare
Desirable Skills & Experience:
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce (administration, configuration, or project ownership)
* Familiarity with healthcare technologies and systems
* Skilled in stakeholder management at all levels—from senior leadership to frontline users
