The right fit
* Industry expertise in energy efficiency, including a strong understanding of funding streams, compliance requirements and the delivery of retrofit and renewable works.
* Proven experience at Director level, leading high‑performing teams and embedding operational excellence, customer focus and strong financial performance.
* Growth mindset, ideally with recent experience of business expansion or diversification within the energy or renewables sector as our focus over the next 12 months will be to continue Ecogee’s growth.
Who We Are
Ecogee is a specialist firm in renewable energy, offering energy improvement and renewables solutions throughout the North West. Established in 2012 in response to the Government's Energy Company Obligation (ECO) programme, Ecogee was acquired by The Regenda Group in March 2023. Ecogee is the partner who delivers the whole energy improvement journey, from survey to handover, providing the perfect turnkey solution. Our in‑house team covers advisory, assessment, coordination, design, and compliance. Ecogee is part of The Regenda Group; we work in places where we can make a difference and operate across the housing and construction sector, in care and support, and in education, training and careers.
