Our client, an award-winning residential developer, is seeking a Design Coordinator to join their Building Safety team to manage a range of high value cladding remediation projects. These complex apartment led projects require a dedicated professional to lead the technical aspects, ensuring the project meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Manage the technical delivery of a complex development incorporating housing and apartment led elements, overseeing all phases from inception to completion.
Coordination and Collaboration: Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure technical aspects align with project goals and standards.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets the developer’s high standards.
Problem Solving: Identify, address, and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure the smooth progression of the project.
