This is a full-time or part time position.
The Care Assistant will provide person-centered support to individuals in their homes, including assistance with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and medication prompts in line with care plans.
Daily responsibilities include supporting with meal preparation, light household tasks, and mobility, while promoting independence, safety, and comfort.
The role also involves offering companionship, actively listening to individuals’ needs, and communicating any changes in health or well‑being to senior staff.
Care Assistants are expected to maintain accurate records, follow company policies and procedures, and uphold high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and safeguarding at all times.
