Are you a finance professional with solid VAT experience looking to join a supportive, growing finance team? This is a great opportunity to step into a role with clear responsibilities, plenty of variety, and strong development potential.
Working within the Group Finance team, you'll support VAT compliance across several entities while building your knowledge in a friendly, collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing and submitting VAT returns
* Tracking VAT payments and refunds
* Reconciling VAT accounts and supporting month-end processes
* Helping respond to VAT authority queries
* Providing basic VAT guidance to internal teams
* Working with external advisors when needed
* Supporting process improvements and helping implement new ways of working
* Assisting with internal and external audit requests
What we're looking for
* QBE or part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/AAT)
* Experience working with VAT in a finance or accounting role
* Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* A proactive approach and willingness to learn
* Confident working with different stakeholders across the business
