If you are a proactive problem-solver with a strong financial acumen and a flair for improving efficiency, this is your chance to make a tangible impact.\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing\n\nAs the vital link in the office, your responsibilities will be diverse and challenging:\n\n * \n\n Financial & Inventory Control: Tracking, recording, and analysing inventory data using accounting principles to ensure accuracy. Creating financial and statistical reports using advanced Excel spreadsheets.\n\n * \n\n Accounts & Administration: Accurate data entry into the accounts system (purchase orders, receipting goods, passing invoices, customer invoicing/delivery notes).
Providing administrative support across all areas of the business.\n\n * \n\n Cost Management & Negotiation: Managing electricity accounts, reviewing contracts, and using financial forecasting/risk analysis skills.
