The right candidate will have the following experience: -
* 10 - 15 years’ experience within the HVAC industry as a minimum.
* F-Gas qualified.
* Successful candidates must have technical experience in most aspects of HVAC, primarily in either Air Conditioning, Heat Recovery Ventilation and / or Chillers.
* A general understanding of ASHP's - courses and training will be provided.
* A general understanding of Pumps, Wet Systems and Pressurisation Systems.
* A general understanding of Ventilation.
The majority of your working time will be spent in and around Kent with a small element in London / other locations, approximately a 70 / 30 split.
Duties will include (but not limited to): -
* To undertake small AC split installations, when required.
* Undertake all allocated HVAC reactive and planned maintenance tasks to an agreed standard.
* Timely completion of reactive and planned works carried out to agreed standards, achievement of first fix and maximising equipment uptime.
* Effectively identify and diagnose faults and failures with HVAC, Heating and Controls Equipment and Systems and provide effective solutions and escalate where necessary.
* Provide regular updates to office and management team on task status.
* Carry out work in accordance with all health and safety requirements and adhere to best safety working practices at all times.
* Deal with and make safe all health & safety related works following processes laid down by organisation’s Health & Safety Policy.
* Proactively manage task volumes in conjunction with the office and management team.
* Notify the office and management team of procedural task condition on completion of works.
* Complete engineering surveys and technical reports as necessary and distribute data to relevant persons.
* Attend training courses as and when necessary to ensure skills are kept up to date to meet business needs and for own development.
