We are supporting a specialist engineering organisation in their search for a High Voltage Contracts Manager to establish and lead a new profit centre. This is a standalone leadership role for someone ready to take full ownership of operational, financial, and commercial performance while driving growth in the High Voltage sector.
The Role:
* Lead the setup and development of a new High Voltage profit centre, taking full responsibility for its performance
* Drive business growth by building strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a sustainable forward order book
* Oversee all commercial and financial aspects, including P&L, budgeting, cash flow, and order management
* Work closely with the wider management team to embed a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
* Define project scopes, objectives, and resource plans, ensuring technical feasibility and successful delivery
* Interpret and implement contract controls, seeking commercial support where appropriate to protect business interests

* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a track record of managing P&L and budgets
