Overview
Sales Manager required for well established business, distributing high-quality cleaning and healthcare products to a wide range of industries including education, hospitality and healthcare.
Salary c £70k pa plus bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a sales strategy, win new business with the team whilst performance managing the Field Sales and Internal Sales teams to help them deliver sales and profit growth objectives.
* Develop a culture of winning and keeping business, win new key customers and maintain a robust sales pipeline, develop and maintain existing Key Customers.
* Review sales plans, territories, activities and pipeline annually to ensure sales resources are used in the most effective manner.
* Develop professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
* Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
* Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
