Bookkeeper – London – 2 Partner Firm Are you a Bookkeeper seeking a role that only requires you to be in the office 1 day a week? Our client a 2 Partner firm based in the heart of Soho, although they are a relatively new firm, they are rapidly growing. They have a substantial client base, predominantly made up of clients in the Media & Tech sectors. They are committed to flexible working and therefore the team are only if the office one day a week & when required and spend the vast majority of their time working remotely. Bookkeeper responsibilities include: Bookkeeping primarily on Xero and QuickBooks Preparing, reviewing and filing VAT returns Assisting with company Secretarial Work Reviewing the processed payrolls & send reports to clients Overseeing the flows of payroll information into the firm Liaising with clients on a regular and timely basis to obtain the necessary financial information As a bookkeeper, you will be: Computer literate with good knowledge of Sage, Xero & QuickBooks Able to communicate and interact with staff and clients on a professional level Able to organise, manage and control your own workload and adhere to client and office deadlines and discretion If you are seeking Bookkeeper jobs in London, contact Austin Rose, the Public Practice Recruitment Specialists.
