This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplinary consultancy who provide a wide range of services to the commercial and education sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to hit the ground‑running for their team in Bolton.

Duties
* Work alongside a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project
* Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
* Submit planning and building regulation applications,
* Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance is met
* Provide architectural design services and project management to commercial projects
Skills and Experience
* Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
* Significant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit
* Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong technical and presentation skills
* Job running experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Bolton area
