East Riding & North Yorkshire – Multiple FE Locations
£25–£50 per hour | £28,000–£45,000 per annum

About the Role
We are recruiting passionate Construction Lecturers to deliver accredited vocational courses across Further Education colleges in the North.
You will play a key role in equipping learners with the practical skills, technical knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed in industry.
We are particularly interested in Lecturers with experience in:
1. Bricklaying
2. Electrical Installation
3. Multi-Skills
4. Plumbing & Gas
5. Plastering
6. Carpentry & Joinery
7. Construction Plant Operations
8. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning)
9. Fabrication & Welding
10. Renewable Technologies
11. CAD
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Plan, deliver and assess engaging vocational lessons
Coordinate teaching and assessment in line with curriculum requirements
Work collaboratively with Heads of School and curriculum teams
Act as a class tutor, supporting learners academically and pastorally
Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and assessment

12. Occupational competence within your specialist trade
13. Relevant industry qualifications
14. Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
15. Experience delivering vocational training (desirable)
16. Passion for supporting and motivating young people
