This role is particularly suited to someone who is able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and experience with a genuine enthusiasm for working with the public.
You should possess excellent customer service skills and show exceptional communication skill. You should thrive in an environment that requires a high level of organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise.
You may be required to work in both Glasgow and Edinburgh (travel time will be including in shift time)
The main functions of this post will include but are not limited to;
· Provide a warm and welcoming environment for customers, always greeting them with a smile and a how can I help attitude.
· Dealing with customer queries face to face and answering them in a polite and friendly manner to the best of your ability.
· To represent Citylink in a courteous, polite and professional manner at all times.
· Be able to communicate with other departments and contractors within the company to ensure the best possible service for customers.
· Strive to resolve any customer complaints that may arise on the ground.
· Demonstrate a drive, passion and enthusiasm to create great customer experiences.
· Display empathy & a customer centric approach.
· Deal with passenger enquiry's regarding timetables, fares, connections, delays, seat availability.
· Assisting customers with boarding and any luggage if required.
· Record coach arrival and departure times on Arrivals & Departures (A&D) sheet.
· Record passenger numbers, arrivals and departures, on the A & D sheet.
Rotational shift patterns, 4 days over 7, working 40 hours per week.
