Job Role for a Fire Contracts Manager
* Manage the effective day-to-day management of the contract’s reactive and PPM service delivery.
* Lead, support, and develop your team to ensure the highest professional standards are achieved at all times.
* Develop strong collaborative relationships with clients to promote excellent customer service.
* Manage all aspects of accurate pricing, including quotations, reviewing works, and invoicing.
* Ensure all KPIs are measured and delivered in line with client expectations.
* Take responsibility for procuring materials required for the contract.
* Proactively ensure all legal & compliance matters are adhered to.
* Supervise and train less experienced supervisors and engineers.
Skills and Experience Required
* At least three years’ experience in contract management, preferably in the public sector.
* Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations; FIA and BAFE qualifications are preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Good presentation, leadership, and management skills.
