Job Description
Better at building than maintaining?
I'm working with an Edinburgh-based recruiter launching a commercial FMCG niche inside an established desk.
The brief: digital, e-commerce and revenue-driving roles across food and drink brands. CRM managers. Performance marketing. Digital product. E-commerce. Category leads.
This market moves slower than typical agency work. Fees are higher. Processes are longer.
Relationships matter. If you need quick wins every Friday, this will frustrate you.
Two options:
360 Recruiter - You win the work and deliver it. Comfortable with CMOs, founders, commercial leaders.
Delivery Consultant - You own the candidate side. Work with a senior biller who stays client-facing. Clear path to 360 if you want it.
The offer:
* Base to £40k DOE
* Up to 35% quarterly commission
* Hybrid in Edinburgh
* No KPIs or micromanagement
* Grown-up culture

Applications will only be considered if you have the relevant Recruitment Agency /Recruitment Consultancy experience and your skill set match those required and stipulated within the advert text. PB S...
