About the Role
As a Software Test Analyst, you will apply your skills and experience across the software development lifecycle. You will play a critical role in ensuring the IT team delivers systems that enable the wider business and its clients to meet operational and functional needs, while supporting the organisation’s goals and objectives.
This role is responsible for supporting multiple platforms, including our bespoke and other in‑house applications ensuring they remain fit for purpose as well as continually improving to enhance the experience of internal and external users.
What your day will involve
* Working with the IT team on test planning, test design, and execution across in‑house systems and the warehouse management system
* Designing, maintaining, and executing reusable test cases to ensure appropriate coverage based on priority, impact, and risk
* Identifying, recording, tracking, and analysing defects, and escalating critical issues in a timely manner
* Supporting the planning, design, and requirements gathering phases of system enhancements and new developments
* Assisting with documentation, user training, and knowledge sharing to improve system adoption and reduce support requests
* Providing Tier 1 and 2 support for business systems, applications, and services as required
About you
* At least 3 years proven experience in software testing, including test execution and reporting
* Strong understanding of test processes, defect management, and the software development lifecycle
* Experience in the warehousing and logistics industry is highly desirable
* Confident communicator who can work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
* Continuous Improvement mindset with strong process and analytical skills
