We're looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our Telecommunications Maintenance team
Location: Nationwide, travel across the UK
Hours: 45 hours per week

As an Electrical Supervisor, you'll be leading our national field teams delivering planned electrical maintenance services to the telecommunications sector. You'll provide vital technical guidance, perform quality auditing, and conduct site-based assessments while offering support to ensure our high standards are consistently met.
What will you be responsible for?
As an Electrical Supervisor, you'll be working within the Ericsson team, supporting them in delivering excellent electrical services nationwide.
Your day to day will include:
* Providing technical supervision and support to our national field team, including absence cover and detailed record keeping
* Reviewing and signing off EICR certificates, completing inspections, and maintaining NICEIC quality standards
* Managing training requirements, delivering toolbox talks, and ensuring all team members are fully qualified
* Conducting quality audits and ensuring any resulting actions are properly addressed
* Creating RAMS documentation and offering technical guidance to help field engineers excel in their roles
What are we looking for?
This role of Electrical Supervisor is great for you if you hold:
* Relevant qualifications eligible for NICEIC QS position (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, 2391, AM2)
* Full driving licence
* Good IT skills in Microsoft Office applications
