Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
As an Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.

* Assist in implementing and improving operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Financial & Business Performance
The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to drive revenue growth and overall business success.
* Support initiatives to increase sales, including corporate and group bookings.
* Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
* Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cost management strategies.
People & Culture
A key responsibility of the Assistant General Manager is to lead, develop, and inspire the team.
