Ward Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within Trauma and Orthopaedics leading a 34 bedded ward. This is a demanding ward with no day ever the same. You will be expected to lead, guide and support a large team of dedicated staff to ensure high quality care is provided to a diverse group of patients.

Qualifications and experience
* Experience of leading a team
* Evidence of degree
* At least 2 years experience at Band 6
* Experience in change management
* Experience of implementing QI projects
Skills
* Orthopaedic experience
* Spinal experience
