Job Details:
* Pay: Up to £50,000 per annum
* Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 8.15 am – 4.30 pm with flexibility as and when needed
* Duration: Permanent

Job Role: The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the company's Health, Safety and Environmental management systems to ensure full compliance with legislation and recognised industry standards. The HSE Manager will promote a positive safety culture across the manufacturing site, supporting managers and employees to maintain best practice in health, safety and environmental performance. The successful HSE Manager will oversee accident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective and preventative actions while managing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems. The role will involve coordinating audits, supporting risk assessments, overseeing fire compliance, managing environmental monitoring activities and ensuring waste streams are handled in line with current legislation.
