Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing care and support for individuals with varied needs such as a learning disability, autism, mental health. This role involves supporting clients in their own homes with daily activities and daily living skills.
Duties
* Provide support with any meal preparations/budgeting and finance /shopping/learning new skills/to live independently/accessing appointments and the community.
* Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
* Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work alone effectively and within a team.
* A valid driving licence is required .
