We’re looking for a Site Scheduling Manager to join our Montrose team and play a pivotal role in driving manufacturing efficiency, inventory accuracy, and supply chain performance. About the Role: As Site Scheduling Manager, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, responsible for coordinating robust 0-3 month production schedules and delivering a high-performing Supply Chain Planning (SCP) process. You’ll ensure compliance, efficiency, and collaboration across teams, empowering the Montrose site to meet both internal and external customer demands while adhering to inventory targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead the scheduling of production and materials to drive manufacturing performance and meet delivery targets. Benchmark and communicate service KPIs across manufacturing areas and supplier performance metrics. Represent Materials and Production Schedulers at tiered accountability meetings to drive daily operational excellence. Collaborate with site-wide forums, including improvement meetings and change control panels, to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. Monitor and maintain critical data fields in SAP systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all manufacturing areas. Identify and mitigate risks in inventory and coordinate write-off requests with key stakeholders. Manage the SAP Centre to ensure documentation flows efficiently and compliantly. Drive inventory accuracy through robust cycle count processes. Own site scheduling meetings and co-own Level 3 cost and delivery targets. Actively support and lead new business opportunities for the site. Why You? Basic Qualifications & Skills: Degree calibre or extensive experience in supply chain/planning. Demonstrated experience in leading teams to achieve performance goals aligned with a strategic vision. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to build relationships across site leadership teams and offsite stakeholders. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
