Customer & Marketing at Ocado Retail
As part of the Customer & Marketing team you’ll join a dynamic, innovative group dedicated to understanding and enhancing every aspect of the customer journey. The department includes Brand Marketing, CRM, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content & Social Media, Ecommerce, PR & Comms, and an in‑house creative agency.
What You’ll Do
* Bring fresh ideas and innovative thinking to customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
* Every six months you will have the opportunity to rotate into a different customer function based on performance preference and business priorities. Potential rotations include:
o CRM – responsible for your own email campaigns end‑to‑end.
o Brand Marketing – end‑to‑end campaign activity across media, creative, and post‑campaign analysis.
o Trade Marketing – assist with delivery of customer campaigns and project management.
o PR & Comms – manage external comms, LinkedIn strategy, and internal communications.
o Organic Social – responsible for daily social posts, planning, briefing, scheduling, and reporting.
o Digital Marketing – support scaling of the digital strategy across affiliates, influencers, and partnerships.
* Cross‑functional rotations to gain broader business exposure outside of your primary discipline.

* Graduates who complete the scheme will have a strong understanding of Ocado’s customer‑centric approach and the analytical skills to manage projects independently.
What You Need To Apply

* Excel skills are an advantage.
* Graduate with a 2.2 or above from an accredited UK university.
* Legal right to work in the United Kingdom upon commencement and throughout the scheme.
