We are working with a leading hospitality business to recruit a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their UK People team. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives on variety, enjoys working closely with hiring managers, and is passionate about building great teams within hospitality, leisure, or events-led organisations.
The Opportunity
As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple UK locations. From workforce planning and proactive sourcing through to offer management and onboarding, you’ll play a key role in ensuring teams are fully resourced and ready to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
No two days will look the same and that’s very much part of the appeal.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing end-to-end recruitment for casual, hourly, and permanent roles across multiple UK sites
* Partnering closely with hiring managers and People teams to identify priorities and deliver timely hiring solutions
* Proactively sourcing candidates and implementing effective recruitment marketing strategies
* Supporting business growth by aligning recruitment activity with budgets and workforce plans
* Maintaining accurate recruitment records and producing regular reports for senior stakeholders
* Attending careers fairs and hiring events to attract diverse talent
* Managing candidate communication throughout the process, including right-to-work checks and pre-employment documentation
* Ensuring all recruitment activity is compliant with UK employment legislation and internal policies.
About You
* At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within hospitality, events, retail, or another fast-paced environment
* Confident managing multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
* Strong working knowledge of UK Right to Work compliance
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure
* A proactive self-starter who enjoys collaborating as part of a wider team
* Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
