Job Title: Domiciliary Support Worker
Location: Hartlepool
Salary: £12.21 per hour

We are looking for passionate individuals with a genuine desire to help others to join our dedicated team in Hartlepool. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives by providing support that helps individuals live independent and fulfilling lives. Our services are creative, dynamic, and person-centred, supporting people in their own homes, in supported living settings, and within the community.
Responsibilities
* Assist with daily living tasks such as domestic chores, personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and financial management.
* Support clients in community activities and outdoor activities, regardless of weather conditions.
* Support individuals with learning disabilities and Autism, including sleep-in duties.
* Work various shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
* Complete shadow shifts and training to develop your skills.
Requirements
* Must be over 18 years old.
* Driving license is advantageous.
* DBS checks for adults and children are required.
* Previous experience is desirable but not essential; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key.
