Workshop Controller Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 OTE (Uncapped) Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time We are working with a well-established automotive business that is currently seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join a busy and successful service team. This role plays a central part in ensuring the smooth running of the workshop, maintaining high standards, and supporting the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. The Role As a Workshop Controller, you will oversee the flow of work through the workshop, ensuring all tasks are allocated efficiently and completed to the required standards. You'll work closely with technicians, apprentices, service staff and other internal departments to keep operations running smoothly.
