About the Role
We are currently seeking a Junior Product Marketer to join an international marketing team within a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career marketer looking to build hands‑on experience in product marketing, packaging, artwork management, and digital content creation across the region.
The role is based at the in Bracknell and supports an international team working remotely across the UK & Europe. The successful candidate will work closely with the Product Marketing Manager, as well as with local UK marketing colleagues. Day‑to‑day collaboration will primarily take place via remote meetings and online communication.
Key Responsibilities
You will support the management and development of the home improvement product portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting artwork and packaging updates for the product range across the business
Assisting with the creation of internal launch documents
Managing translation requests with country teams
Creating artwork briefs and supporting the review and approval process
Briefing and approving shipper labels and packaging labels
Creating and maintaining logistics data files
Supporting leaflet design creation (where in scope)
Liaising with global teams on product images and visual assets
Briefing and managing product and pack imagery creation
Supporting Trade Marketing with B+ content creation
Updating price lists, including the insertion of new product introductions (NPIs)
Coordinating marketing requests and ensuring packaging and content updates are delivered accurately and on time
About You
This role is ideal for someone at a junior or early‑career level who is keen to grow within FMCG product marketing and gain exposure to international portfolio management.
You will ideally have:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field
An interest in digital marketing, product content, and portfolio development
Strong organisational and basic project management skills
A proactive, self‑starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Confidence working with digital tools and systems and a willingness to learn new platforms
Excellent written and spoken English
The ability to work effectively in a remotely managed, international teamExperience in FMCG, marketing operations, artwork management, or portfolio support is advantageous but not essential. Candidates from different industries are encouraged to apply.
