Grassland Agro sources, produces, and sells a complete range of conventional commodity fertilizers, as well as specialty fertilizer and soil conditioning products. We are seeking a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager for the Northern Ireland region. The role involves developing long-term customer relationships, connecting with industry stakeholders, and implementing strategic sales plans. Responsibilities include product presentation, optimizing distribution, managing trade accounts, enforcing sales policies, supporting the technical sales team, and contributing to company growth.
Requirements include a third-level qualification in Agriculture or Business, proven sales management experience, technical knowledge of the Agri-sector, strong commercial and relationship skills, leadership abilities, effective communication, problem-solving attitude, excellent organization, and a full clean driver's license.
