About the Role You will oversee the care delivery within the new service, manage and supervise the staff team, and ensure the highest standards of care are consistently provided. As the Registered Manager, you will also be responsible for liaising with the CQC, building strong local authority relationships, and continually monitoring the evolving clinical needs of our service users.
